Parker Road does not just point toward us; it ends at our street. FM 2514 runs east out of Parker and meets the north end of Country Club Road. From there it is a short run south. About 5.4 miles, roughly 9 minutes.
Parker has almost no commercial base, and that is by design. The zoning code sets a two-acre minimum for single-family lots and five contiguous acres for agricultural-open space. Homeownership sits near 99%. It is a large-lot residential enclave next door to Plano, and there is nowhere in town for a day spa to exist.
So Parker residents drive — usually to Allen or Plano, sometimes to Murphy. Wylie is the direction fewer people think of, which is odd, because Parker Road delivers you to our door without a single highway.
If you are coming from Whitestone Estates or Kings Crossing, you are on acreage lots with the kind of yard that produces real physical work. We see a lot of that: lower backs from fence and pasture work, shoulders from hauling. Deep tissue and pain relief sessions are the most common bookings from this direction.
For orientation, Southfork Ranch is on Hogge Road a few minutes north of the Parker Road route, and Parker City Park — with its 0.8-mile loop, Maxwell Creek and that 1847 barn — sits west of the drive. If you know those, you know the roads.
